Who we are
PrintCard is run by Bill Horsman, trading as Further Logical Cobwebs. Email hello@printcard.app about anything here.
Your cards are printed and posted in the UK by our printer, for us.
Your order cannot be cancelled
Each card is made to your own design, so the 14-day right to cancel that applies to most things bought online does not apply to it.
Your order goes to the printer as soon as you place it, and printing starts straight away. So once you have ordered, we cannot cancel the order, change it, or refund it if you change your mind. Before you order, check the preview, the words and their spelling, how many cards, and the address.
Your design
We print the card as you made it. You are responsible for what is on it: use only pictures and words you have the right to use, and nothing unlawful.
These are not faults: a mistake in your words, a picture that prints soft because it was small or zoomed in a long way (the card page warns you), and colours a little different from how they look on your screen.
Prices and paying
Prices include postage, and are shown before you order. We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged. The price you order at is the price you pay.
Orders are paid for from your balance. You add money by card or bank transfer, through Stripe. Money you have paid in and not spent can be paid back: email us. Credit we have added for you, as a gift or a promotion, is not money you paid, and cannot be paid out.
If we have given you a credit limit, what you spend beyond your balance is owed to us, and you agree to pay it.
Delivery
Cards are posted to the address on your account, in the UK. Delivery times depend on the postage you choose, are the printer's estimates, and count from when the cards are posted, once they are printed, not from when you order. If the address you gave was wrong, the cards are not faulty, and a new order is needed.
If your cards have not arrived two weeks after they were posted, tell us, and we will find out what happened, and reprint them or refund you.
If something is wrong
If your cards arrive damaged, or are not printed as you made them, email us within 14 days of their arriving, with your order number and a photo. We will reprint them, or refund you if a reprint will not put it right.
None of this takes away your rights under the law.
The rest
We are not responsible for losses we could not have foreseen, or for delays caused by things outside our control. Nothing here limits what the law does not let us limit.
Your account, and what we keep about you, are covered by our privacy page.
We may change these terms. The terms that apply to an order are the ones in place when you made it. They are governed by the law of Scotland. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you keep the protection of the law where you live, and can bring a claim in your own courts.
